
PERFORATED BAGS.
Hot perforation of film materials allows to create packages with required air exchange without loss of strength properties. Perforated pouches are used for packaging foodstuffs with high moisture content. This is especially relevant for packaging vegetables, fruits, herbs, hot bread, certain meat and fish products.
IT’S POSSIBLE TO PRODUCE PACKAGES:
•Density from 20 to 40 mkm;
•Random size;
•Special layer on the package for protection against erasure of inscriptions;
•Perforation is possible on the whole surface of the package or in certain areas.
PROPERTIES:
•Perforated packaging allows product to “breathe”, excluding fogging and formation of mold on the surface of products;
•Resistance to oils and fats;
•Air access to areas requiring protection is provided and pollutants do not pass through the perforated material;
•Environmental friendly;
•Excellent barrier properties help to increase the shelf life of products.
