SECUTIRY BAGS –are plastic protective bags with indication of unauthorized access. When the package is opened, the word “STOP” appears. Moisture-proof opaque (black and white) three-layer polyethylene guarantees the confidentiality of contents, protects the contents of the package from environmental influences and careless handling during transportation. Very often, security bag is called: SEAL-BAG – for sending confidential attachments.
IT’S POSSIBLE TO PRODUCE PACKAGES:
•Random size;
•Opaque or transparent polyethylene with a density from 50 to 100 microns;
•Transparent pocket for supporting documentation;
•Includes a unique sequential number;
•Multicolor flexo printing – enhances the image of the company, an additional advertising tool;
•Microprinting along the welds of the package;
•Enhanced side welds;
•Detachable receipts – are used to put down the date and signature when receiving or sending a package. The package number is duplicated on the receipts.
BASIC PROTECTIVE ELEMENTS OF PACKAGES:
• Package material – black and white polyethylene 70 microns;
• The method of closing the bag is a protective indicator tape. The opening of the bag causes a visible irreversible deformation of the protective indicator tape, displays “STOP”, peeling of pieces of polymeric film, violation of the geometric shapes of the bag;
• Temperature mode from -195º C to + 85º C. Temperature modes outside the specified limit will deform or completely destroy the package material.
• The individual unique number is located under the indicator tape, which provides protection against its erasure;
• Enhanced welds increase protection against possible cutting of the package along the weld;
• Micro-printing along the welds of the package will not allow to cut the package along the weld unnoticeably;
